Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used toothbrushes. This is for hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it at support@trykynd.co and we'll make it right.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
