1. Shipping Regions We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands. Customers are responsible for ensuring our products are legal to import in their country. We are not liable for losses, delays, or legal issues if an order is blocked or confiscated by local customs.
2. Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship with PostNL and DHL. Shipments are often handed over to local carriers at the destination (e.g. DPD or Bpost within Europe). All orders include tracking, sent to you by email once dispatched.
4. Delivery Estimates
- Netherlands: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: varies by destination
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, local postal services, or seasonal demand.
5. Shipping Costs Flat regional rates apply, with free shipping available above certain order amounts. Exact rates and thresholds are shown at checkout.
6. Customs & Duties Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. KYND is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at support@trykynd.co with your order number and any supporting photos or tracking details. We'll make it right.
